Labor Economics Specialist

• Economic analysis of labor remuneration indicators;

• Development of the budget related to personnel costs;

• Establishment of work standards;

• Development of time norms for production processes;

• Calculation of the necessary staffing levels to ensure service provision;

• Ensuring control over the use of the labor remuneration fund;

• Compiling and presenting reports on the field of expertise to higher hierarchical institutions.

• Higher education in economics or technical field;

• Knowledge of current labor economics legislation;

• Familiarity with the Regulation on the organization of labor norm-setting in the national economy sectors, approved by Government Decision No. 98 from 04.02.2013;

• Analytical and forecasting abilities;

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and others;

• Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages (will be an advantage);

• Teamwork skills, communicability, adaptability, and observational spirit.
