Record keeping of fixed assets and intangible assets
Register primary documents for the procurement of fixed assets and intangible assets;
Prepare inventory cards;
Manage depreciation records of fixed assets and intangible assets;
Keep records of disposal, exit of fixed assets and intangible assets.
Record keeping of low-value and small-size tangible assets
Manage records of low-value and small-size tangible assets (Input primary documents related to the procurement of low-value and small-size tangible assets);
Handle the commissioning of low-value and small-size tangible assets and calculate their depreciation.
Accounting for production costs and calculation of manufactured goods
Record primary documents for the procurement of materials and packaging;
Clear materials and packaging according to specifications;
Monitor records of work-in-progress and finished goods, check the accuracy of the calculation.
Import of services
Record primary documents;
Calculate VAT related to import of services.
What do we expect from the candidate?
Must Have:
Higher or specialized secondary education in economics;
Knowledge of the current tax legislation of the Republic of Moldova;
Knowledge of accounting and fiscal records keeping methods;
Good PC operating skills (MS Office, 1C8, 1C8-3);
Minimum 5 years of experience;
The ability to learn;
Integrity, attention, accuracy, and stress resilience.
