We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst , capable of transforming Transport and Logistics processes into more efficient solutions through quality analysis, optimization and reporting. You will work with complex data, develop analyses and models that support strategic decisions and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational performance. Responsibility

Your main missions will be:

  • Evaluating processes in the Transport and Logistics department, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.

  • Continuous review of operational flows and development of optimization strategies.

  • Collecting, synthesizing and structuring data needed for specific reports.

  • Developing weekly and monthly reports to monitor performance indicators.

  • Developing financial models and performing comparative and process analyses.

  • Conducting studies on past, future and comparative performance in the assigned area.

  • Reconciling results by checking, comparing and correcting data.

  • Updating and monitoring assigned portfolios according to management activity and strategy.

  • Carrying out situations and analyses at the request of clients or the project manager.

  • Respecting deadlines and ensuring the accuracy of analyses and reports.

  • Optimization and standardization of reports to streamline the activity.

  • Ensuring the reliability and relevance of the data used.

  • Compliance with legal regulations regarding confidentiality and information protection.

Obligations

And to succeed in this mission you will need:

  • Higher education in finance, economics or auditing.

  • Knowledge of French level B1 and/or English level B1.

  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel - advanced level), PowerPoint, Outlook.

  • Knowledge of VBA, SQL and databases – an advantage.

  • Experience in using SAP, Cognos, TM1, UCMS programs – advantage.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, reporting and data analysis.

  • Planning and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage and improve internal processes.

  • Skills for complex analysis and investigations.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills with customers.

  • Results-oriented and meeting deadlines.

  • Very good capacity for analysis and synthesis.
