We're looking for a Business Analyst who can turn data into valuable insights and processes into efficient solutions. You'll play a key role in analyzing, optimizing, and automating reporting, working alongside a dynamic team. Your main missions will be:
· Collecting and synthesizing preliminary data for the preparation of specific reports.
· Optimizing and automating reporting processes to streamline the information flow;
· Conducting ad-hoc analyses, adhering to set deadlines, and ensuring the reliability and coherence of the data used;
· Defining, implementing, and monitoring indicators in relation to the company's objectives and budgets;
· Documenting the processes and data flows to facilitate auditing and traceability of information;
· Proposing and implementing solutions for the continuous improvement of the quality and efficiency of reporting;
· Support in the decision-making process by providing detailed analyses and reports to management;
· Consistently monitoring the changes in the business environment and adjusting the reports according to new requirements.
To succeed in this mission, you will need:
· Higher education in: accounting, finance, management, economics, or related fields.
· Relevant experience in controlling, financial analysis, or Business Analysis;
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and an interest in information systems;
· Experience in SAP, COGNOS, PowerBi, or PowerPlay is an advantage;
· Good knowledge of English (B2+); French is an advantage;
· Critical thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear conclusions;
· A proactive attitude, dynamism, and flexibility in problem-solving;
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
