Job description

You will work closely with management and the steering committee, contribute to strategic projects and support the evolution of the organization through analyses, reports and solutions that increase the efficiency and performance of internal processes.

Responsibility

Your main missions will be:

  • Preparing detailed and structured reports for the management committee,

  • Extracting and processing data to produce the requested reports,

  • Providing support in the decision-making process by providing relevant analyses to management,

  • Managing and processing requests received from customers,

  • Monitoring and reporting on the evolution of the requested performance indicators,

  • Assisting the committee in managing recurring topics and ongoing projects,

  • Participation in committee meetings and analysis of information necessary for the decision-making process,

  • Proposing and implementing solutions for continuous improvement of the quality and efficiency of business processes and indicators.

Obligations

And to succeed in this mission you will need:

  • Higher education in economics, finance, management or related fields,

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in business indicator analysis, financial analysis or management control,

  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and interest in computer systems,

  • Good knowledge of French (B2+),

  • Critical thinking, analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear conclusions,

  • Proactive attitude, dynamism and flexibility in addressing problems,

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications,

  • Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing simultaneous projects.
