PSV DYNAMIC is hiring a Chief Accountant.
Coordinating the team of accountants.
Monitoring and analyzing cash flows.
Maintaining records and inventory of fixed assets, tangible non-current assets, and materials in the warehouse.
Developing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensuring internal control and preventing financial risks.
Effective collaboration with tax authorities.
Preparation of a revenue and expenditure budget, financial resources circulation budget.
Providing management balance and financial reporting for the top leadership of the company.
Implementing accounting automation projects.
Assessing financial risk.
Advising management in making strategic decisions.
Higher education in economics / accounting.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Advanced knowledge of accounting and fiscal legislation.
Advanced user of 1C software and Excel.
Analytical skills, business planning, attention to detail, solution-oriented thinking.
Fluency in Romanian and Russian for free communication.
