Data Entry and Validation Operator, Mileștii Mici village

We are looking for a responsible, organized and detail-oriented person to join our team in the role of Data Entry and Validation Operator in the store in the village of Mileștii Mici.

· Correct and timely entry of data into the internal computer system;

· Processing primary documents of incoming and outgoing goods;

· Filling in the register of cash and control equipment operations;

· Documenting the return of goods and the rejection of defective goods;

· Preparing monthly reports and presenting them in accounting;

· Archiving primary documents and sending them to the central archive;

· Secondary or higher education in the financial and accounting field;

· Experience in a similar position or in the accounting field is an advantage;

· Good PC operating skills (Microsoft Word, Excel);

· Precision and seriousness in operating and verifying data.

Working hours: Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 18:00 | Saturday: 08:00 – 14:00.
