Responsibility

  • Ensure fast and high-quality customer service;

  • Provide accurate and detailed information about the company's products and services;

  • Cross selling;

  • Respond professionally and promptly to customer complaints, inquiries, and requests;

  • Ensure the rapid and precise entry, verification, and updating of information in the database;

  • Cash handling and record-keeping;

  • Maintain records of daily transactions;

  • Daily reporting;

  • Other customer service related responsibilities.

Obligations

  • Higher education;

  • Experience in the same position - 1 year (is an advantage);

  • Experience with cash transactions (is an advantage);

  • Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook;

  • Understanding of customer service standards and principles.
