Energy Fitness is hiring a Trainer in the fitness room.
Conducting introductory and presentation training, conducting training, selling and delivering quality personal training;
Carrying out shifts in the fitness room; supervising and providing assistance to people exercising.
Specialized / higher studies in the field of physical education, pedagogical or medical,
or higher education in another field + the title of Candidate in Masters of Sports (KMS) or higher, and a qualification certificate in the "Fitness Instructor" program;
Work experience as a coach;
Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian (mandatory);
Ability to develop individual training programs; experience in conducting personal training;
Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, strength training methodology and the use of sports equipment;
Skills in selling personal training services.
Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova;
Remuneration for hours of service and percentage of personal training sales;
Possibility to visit the fitness club and the Wellness & SPA Termal spa center for free (according to the bonus program).
Salary from 10,000 lei.
Shift work schedule.
