Answering incoming client calls as well as making outbound calls;
Organizing, planning, and coordinating individual activities, achieving sales targets;
Adhering to call quality standards;
Presenting and promoting the company's product, entering data into the system (CRM);
Completing tasks related to increasing conversion rates;
Continual training and personal skill development;
If you have proper and fluent communication in Romanian and Russian;
If you have the ability to learn, organize, pay attention, and multitask;
Skilled at handling large volumes of information, experienced PC user;
Work experience with CRMs (an advantage);
You have an active lifestyle and a positive attitude;
Compensation ranging from 7 to 14 thousand fixed;
Salary paid directly to the card.
Work Schedule:
Shift I - Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00
Shift II - Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00, Sat 10:00-18:00
Shift III - Mon-Fri 11:00 - 20:00.
