Due to scaling and rapid growth of the company, we are looking for a Supervisor/Team Leader for the remote contact center operator group.
50% of the time - teamwork, providing feedback on mistakes, motivation, fostering engagement and loyalty among operators, maintaining a positive work atmosphere, preventing burnout and staff turnover;
Managing a group of operators (~15 operators).
Overseeing employee performance, their development and motivation.
Working with new employees, their adaptation, training, and integration into their roles;
Monitoring employee activities, providing call listening feedback for quality improvement, efficiency boosting, and profitability of the group;
Monitoring work discipline;
Participating in the hiring and dismissal of department employees;
Creating work schedules. Ensuring their adherence;
Analyzing the group's performance. Developing and implementing actions for its improvement;
Creating a positive work environment. Upholding the company's image among employees.

Experience as a senior specialist/group manager/supervisor/team leader in a call center;
Knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages;
Ability to build relationships and create a team, responsibility, loyalty, outcome orientation;
Results-focused. The goal is not just to train, but to influence the efficiency growth of the entire contact center;
Leadership qualities, conflict resolution skills, analytical thinking;
Having a group of call center operators is an advantage.
Salary paid bi-monthly: fixed salary + group performance bonus.
Standard work schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM;
Fully remote work format (from anywhere in the world).
