AlfaCall is an outsourcing contact center of European standards. We have been operating in the market since 2020. Due to scaling and ambitious growth plans, we are currently looking for a Supervisor/Team Leader for a team of remote contact center operators.
Manage a team of operators (~15 operators). Monitor employee performance, develop and motivate.
Work with new employees, adaptations, training and induction;
Monitor employee performance, feedback on call listening, to improve quality, efficiency and profitability of their group;
Monitoring labor discipline ;
Participating in the hiring and firing of employees in their department;
Drawing up work schedules. Monitoring their fulfillment;
Analyzing the productivity of his group. Developing and implementing measures to increase it;
Creating a favorable working environment. Maintaining the company's image among employees.
Experience in roles such as Senior Specialist/Team Lead/Supervisor/Team Leader in a call center for sales of dietary supplements and health products;
Proficiency in Romanian, Russian (will be an advantage);
Ability to build relationships and create a team, responsibility, loyalty, result-oriented work;
Focus on results. The goal is not just to teach, but to enhance the efficiency of the entire contact center;
Leadership qualities, ability to resolve conflicts, analytical mindset;
Having a team of call center operators will be an advantage.

Standard work schedule: 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00;
