We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented person with experience in managing real estate leads.
You will work in the Connect Imobil central office and will be responsible for taking over and distributing requests received from advertising (Facebook, Instagram, 999.md, etc.) to sales agents and reactivating old and unclaimed leads.
Taking leads from CRM and correctly assigning them to agents
Quick customer contact (short calls, WhatsApp messages)
Reactivating old and unclaimed leads
Daily and weekly reporting
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center (preferably in the real estate field)
Clear communication in Romanian and Russian
Good operation in CRM and Google Sheets
Proactive attitude and responsibility
