Call Center Operator

We are looking for: Call Center Operator

• Answering phone calls from customers and providing clear and accurate information;

• Recording and updating customer data in the internal system;

• Promoting the company's services or products where necessary;

• Maintaining a professional and customer-oriented communication.

• Previous experience in a call center or customer relations;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Basic PC knowledge (Word, email);

• Fluent in Romanian, fluent in Russian.

• Friendly work environment and team support;

• Motivating salary starting from 10000 + performance bonuses;

• Buiucani/Sculeni/Centru.

Salary range 10000 - 16000 MDL
