Answering phone calls from customers and providing clear and accurate information;

Recording and updating customer data in the internal system;

Promoting the company's services or products where necessary;

Maintaining a professional and customer-oriented communication.

Previous experience in a call center or customer relations;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Basic PC knowledge (Word, email);

Fluent in Romanian, fluent in Russian.
