Job description

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls from customers and providing clear and accurate information;

  • Recording and updating customer data in the internal system;

  • Promoting the company's services or products where necessary;

  • Maintaining a professional and customer-oriented communication.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer relations;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • Basic PC knowledge (Word, email);

  • Fluent in Romanian, fluent in Russian.
