We are looking for an energetic, communicative, results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. You will work in a dynamic environment, where performance is appreciated and rewarded.
Contacting customers by phone (outbound calls)
Presentation and promotion of company services
Identifying customer needs and providing the right solutions
Closing sales and achieving set goals
Maintaining customer relationships
Entering data into the CRM system.
Knowledge of Romanian (mandatory) and Russian (communication level)
Experience in telephone sales – minimum 1 year
Call center experience – an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Result orientation and desire to win.
Fixed salary + motivating sales commission

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (1 hour break)
