Ensuring efficient and professional communication with the company's clients
Maintaining discipline and teamwork standards
Meeting deadlines and established objectives
Maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and internal information
Responsibility for the results and overall image of the Call Center
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Solid knowledge of using Microsoft Office, CRM, 1C
Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages
