NGM Company SRL is looking for a new member for our team, in the position of:

Call Center Operator

• Taking phone calls from customers (no cold calls);

• Consulting customers over the phone;

• Recording sounds and requests in the system;

• Information about the services provided by the company.

• Experience in the field is an advantage;

• Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Resistance to stressful situations;

• Ability to find contact with difficult customers;

• Self-study ability.
