  • Respond professionally and in a timely manner to customer complaints, inquiries, and requests over the phone;

  • Provide accurate and detailed information about the company's products and services;

  • Ensure the rapid and precise entering, checking, and updating of information in the database;

  • Other customer service-related responsibilities

Obligations

  • Experience in customer service is an advantage;

  • Knowledge of customer service standards and principles;

  • Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook;

  • Quick assimilation, responsibility, and result orientation;

  • Advanced communication skills in Romanian, Russian (English is an advantage)
