The Support Call Center Operator is responsible for managing customer interactions via phone calls, emails, or chat, ensuring that customers receive the assistance and information they need.
Receiving and making telephone calls;
Providing information support to customers.
Communicable, energetic and positive person;
Fluent level of Romanian and Russian;
Advanced PC knowledge;
Higher education completed or in the process of completion;
Availability to work in shifts;
Experience in the relevant field would be an advantage.

Fixed salary paid on time 9.000 lei net + Bonus = 14.000 lei net
Working hours: 08.00-20.00;
4 work shifts of 6-8 hours/day with daily rotation;
Working days: Monday – Sunday;
Rest days: 6-7 days/month.
