Taking orders from customers;
Consulting with customers by phone, online;
Registering calls and requests in the system;
Managing the process and logistics of online sales;
Monitoring orders, checking the status of online transactions, updating information in CRM;
Coordinating and working with carriers;
Preparing accompanying documents for shipped goods;
Resolving online customer complaints;
Other tasks related to online sales.
Responsible and results-oriented individual;
Friendly, with strong communication skills;
With or without specialized studies;
Experience in online sales is an advantage.
