PROFMET – manufacturer, importer, supplier, and distributor of fasteners, tools, abrasives, and personal protection equipment in the country, is hiring a Call Center Operator who is dedicated and passionate :)
Manage incoming calls from clients;
Inform and consult clients regarding products, orders, delivery, and payment conditions;
Receive, register, place, and transmit orders;
Monitor debt payments;
Work with the database and provide support for sales agents/managers.
Experience in a similar position is an advantage;
Fluency in Romanian and Russian;
You have advanced PC skills.

Salary (base + KPI) 13,000 lei.
Work schedule: Monday-Friday plus 2/4 Saturdays per month.
