Call Center Operator

Managing incoming calls from customers;

Informing and consulting customers regarding the product, orders, delivery conditions and payment;

Receiving, recording, placing and forwarding orders;

Monitoring debt payments;

Working with the database and support for agents / sales managers.

Experience in a similar position is an advantage;

Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;

Good PC operating skills;

Good communication skills, attention to detail, and responsibility;

Punctuality, customer and result-oriented.

Salary (base + KPI) 13,000 lei.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday plus 2/4 Saturdays per month.
