PROFMET - manufacturer, importer, supplier, and distributor of fasteners, tools, abrasives, and personal protective equipment in the country, is hiring an Expert Call-Center professional who is committed and customer-oriented!
Manage incoming phone calls from clients, providing a prompt and friendly response to each request;
Consult clients about the product assortment, delivery times, business conditions, and payment options;
Record and transmit orders in the internal system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to processing deadlines;
Monitor payment situations and contact clients for clarification on any outstanding balances or discrepancies;
Administer the client database, keeping information accurate and up-to-date in the system;
Provide constant support to the sales team, facilitating collaboration and the flow of information between the client and the company.
Previous experience in a similar role (call center, customer relations, or sales support) is a valued advantage;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear and fluent expression in Romanian and Russian;
Strong digital skills, including efficient computer operation and the use of Office-type programs or CRM platforms.
