We're hiring a colleague for the Call Center department at a dental clinic in Chișinău.
Provide informational support to current and potential patients regarding necessary appointments, in accordance with the treatment plan;
Assist and resolve patient inquiries received via email, social networks, the clinic's official pages, and phone;
Ensure the maintenance of a database with patients' specific requests;
Receive improvement suggestions, comments, and patient complaints with great attention;
Exceptional communication skills and customer engagement;
Cohesive language, clear diction;
Advanced proficiency in Romanian and Russian;
