Moldtelecom – The National Telecommunications Operator of the Republic of Moldova, successfully meeting the communication needs of consumers by offering a wide and affordable range of telecommunications services. Mouldtelecom is the only operator in the Moldovan telecommunications market that provides a broad spectrum of communication solutions: fixed telephony, mobile telephony, mobile internet, fixed internet, and digital IPTV television.

Responsibility

  • receiving subscribers' phone calls

  • providing informational support to clients (over the phone)

  • resolving commercial issues

Obligations

  • student / graduate (high school, completed or ongoing higher education)

  • computer literacy at a user level

  • fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian, knowledge of an international language is an advantage

  • customer & results-oriented

  • teamwork skills

  • desire and ability to develop professional knowledge
