-Conducting negotiations (over the phone), conducting consultations with clients
-Work in CRM, work with online documents (google docs, etc.)
-Good Italian skills
- Fluency in Italian.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal interaction skills
- A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed expectations
- Previous experience in customer relations or a similar field is an advantage, but not mandatory
