We are an international company with headquarters also in Chisinau (the office is located in the area of Str. Acad. Natalia Gheorghiu 30, Chisinau).
Work is done from home, but we are always available at the office for training and support.
This is not about door-to-door sales or network marketing. It is a real company, with a legal contract and a fixed salary paid every month.
Contacting Italian customers by phone to remind them of overdue payments
Management of emails and PEC messages related to deadlines and administrative procedures
Recording receipts and updating the internal system
Collaboration with the administrative and commercial team
Basic knowledge of the Italian language (we help you improve it!)
Good communication skills and assertiveness in phone calls
Precision and organization in document management
Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word)
Seriousness and responsibility
Fixed salary + bonuses upon achieving goals
Stable contract for an indefinite period
Complete training on procedures, language and working tools
