Responsibility

Identify any specific requirements of the client. Take the necessary information provided by the client over the phone. Record incidents and requests from clients in the signaling management system. Update records with details of all actions taken and new information obtained. Monitor transferred signals until resolution, maintaining communication with the client and the responsible resolution team. Ensure the administration of IT resources in accordance with the security standards imposed by the client.

Obligations

Experience in work is preferable, but it can also be the first job. Knowledge of the German language. Perseverance, seriousness, flexibility, proactive attitude, results-driven. Coherent and correct speech. Resilience to stress. Interest in technical support activities. Result-oriented, desire to influence the level of remuneration.
