Job description

Are you passionate about the French language and looking for a dynamic role where you can learn and develop professionally? Join our team and remotely support our French client's stores, helping to resolve technical and administrative incidents.

No previous experience is necessary — we are looking for organized, communicative, and eager-to-learn colleagues who want to be part of a collaborative and stable work environment.

Responsibility

· Providing remote operational support to our French client's stores, managing requests related to various technical or administrative incidents;

· Effective communication in French, both over the phone and via email, with partners, external providers, and internal colleagues;

· Taking over, monitoring, and managing tickets (requests and technical incidents) – from registration to resolution;

· Offering commercial and operational support to the stores, by applying necessary procedures to resolve different situations (e.g., faulty alarms, freezer malfunctions, other equipment, etc);

· Identifying and contacting service providers (e.g., technicians), monitoring the progress of interventions, and confirming the resolution;

· Validating invoices in SAP, ensuring they match the performed services;

· Actively collaborating with the internal team and the client for effective communication and fast solutions.

Obligations

· Advanced knowledge of French (written and spoken);

· Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize requests;

· Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or similar roles (is an advantage);

· Intermediate Excel skills and willingness to learn other applications (e.g.: GLPI, SAP, CRM);

· Clear and efficient communication, teamwork spirit, and solution-oriented attitude.
