Responsibility

  • Handle incoming calls and maintain accurate records in our database.

  • Process customer requests with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Redirect calls to the appropriate departments (dispatch, prepay, etc.).

Obligations

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

  • Fluent English is essential!

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

From 10000 to 15000 MDL.

Working conditions

  • Day Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

  • Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 6:30 AM
