Job description

UK-based construction company working with fit-out & main contractors in London is looking for a Business Development Assistant to support client outreach and lead generation.
This is NOT aggressive sales.
Training, templates and full guidance will be provided.

Responsibility

• Sending personalised emails to UK companies (no spam)
• Updating and managing CRM / Google Sheets
• Following up with contacts (email / WhatsApp)
• Basic phone calls to offices (script provided)
• Supporting business development activities.

Obligations

• Good written English (important)
• Basic spoken English (for simple calls – advantage)
• Confident PC user (Google Sheets / Excel)
• Attention to detail & discipline
• Willingness to learn B2B communication

Experience in sales, admin, call center or B2B outreach is a plus, but not mandatory.
