Management of a small team of operators and hands-on training
Quality control of calls and working on improving service standards
Training of new employees (onboarding)
Analysis of efficiency and proposing solutions for optimization
Monitoring the execution of sales plans and KPIs
Coordination between departments
Knowledge of Czech or Slovak language at Intermediate level or above
Experience in a call center or in a managerial position (will be a plus)
Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
Ability to work in a multitasking and stressful environment

Fixed 500 € + bonuses up to 700 €
