Personally demonstrate sales examples, training operators
Analyze performance metrics and improve team results
Monitor the execution of plans and deadlines for tasks
Maintain reporting and documentation for the department
Develop and implement convenient tables/forms for work
Support the team and motivate them to achieve results
Experience in active sales of at least 1 year
Understanding of call center processes
Proficient in using a PC (Excel, Word, Office)
Experience in CRM (preferred)
Greek language โ B2 or above (mandatory!)
Negotiation skills, ability to handle objections
Quick adaptation and ability to multitask
