Personally demonstrate sales examples, training operators
Analyze performance metrics and improve team results
Monitor the fulfillment of plans and task deadlines
Manage department reporting and documentation
Develop and implement convenient tables/forms for work
Support the team and motivate them towards results
Experience in active sales of 1 year or more
Understanding of call-center processes
Proficient in PC usage (Excel, Word, Office)
Experience with CRM (preferred)
Italian language โ B2 level and above (mandatory!)
Negotiation skills, ability to handle objections
Quick adaptation and the ability to multitask
