DELTAVIST LLC is hiring a Cost Estimator.
- Compiling, verifying and adjusting local, objective and consolidated estimates according to the project documentation;
- Calculation of work volumes, materials, equipment and service costs;
- Preparation of documents of works performed and consumption of materials;
- Preparation and control of the budget of construction objects;
- Participation in the preparation of commercial offers and tender documentation;
- Supporting projects at all stages of construction;
- Maintaining activity reports and analyzing deviations of actual costs from planned ones.
Requirements:
- Higher technical or economic education (construction, civil engineering, economics in construction);
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of regulatory documentation, ability to read and analyze project documentation;
- Proficiency in Excel, WinСмета programs;
- Attention to detail, responsibility, ability to work with large volumes of data.

Salary from 15,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).
Working hours: from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
