The company DMC CONSTRUCTION is hiring a Technical Manager in Construction with a solid experience in civil and industrial projects. We are looking for a professional with technical expertise and coordination skills, who will ensure the correct execution of work according to the design, standards, and current legislation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Checking the compliance with technical projects and execution standards on site
- Coordinating and supervising the execution teams from a technical standpoint
- Managing and verifying technical documentation (technical logs, minutes, etc.)
- Ensuring the quality of the work execution and adherence to deadlines
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Higher education in Construction and a certificate for Technical Manager (AST)
- Minimum of 5 years of practical on-site experience (civil or industrial)
- Class B driver's license and willingness to travel
- Strong technical knowledge + AutoCAD, MS Office
