We are looking for an experienced universal estimator who is familiar with WinDoc Deviz and WinSmeta software.
Preparation and verification of cost estimates for construction works;
Calculating the volumes of work and the associated values;
Analysis of price offers and preparation of technical-economic documentation;
Collaborating with the technical team to optimize costs;
Monitoring the execution in line with the approved budget.
Relevant experience as a cost estimator
Knowledge in using WinDoc Deviz and WinSmeta software
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prepare accurate and complete cost estimates and technical documentation
