Successful construction company is looking for an experienced Project Manager, who coordinates and controls all construction works, ensuring the completion of projects in accordance with quality standards, on time and within the established budget.
Organization, coordination and daily supervision of works on the construction site;
Coordination of designers, execution teams and subcontractors;
Checking technical documentation and ensuring its compliance on site;
Monitoring the quality of the work;
Control of deadlines, costs and efficient use of materials and resources;
Preparing the necessary technical documentation and reporting progress to management;
Identifying problems, managing risks and implementing quick solutions;
Supervision of construction site supervisors.
Higher education in construction/engineering
Relevant experience in construction project management
Solid knowledge of planning, site coordination and technical documentation
Very good communication, organizational and reporting skills
Ability to work on site and availability to travel
Stable and complex projects
