Elaboration of cost estimates for construction, reconstruction and repair works, based on technical projects and documentation received;
Analysis and verification of quantities of works and materials according to plans and technical specifications;
Calculating the estimated values of the works and preparing the economic documentation related to the offers;
Use of the WinSmeta program and other specific applications for preparing estimates;
Verification of the correctness of unit prices and consumption norms ;
Collaborating with site engineers, architects and the economic team to collect the necessary technical data;
Permanent updating of databases regarding prices of materials, labor and equipment;
Preparing periodic reports on costs, deviations and proposals for optimizing expenses;
Compliance with quote submission deadlines and internal company standards.
You have experience in construction and, in particular, in developing cost estimates based on the project;
You know Excel very well;
Do you know the WinSmetа program?
