Verifying and preparing documentation regarding construction estimates, setting prices;
Preparation of documents regarding the work performed;
Preparation of documentation for the transition to losses;
Preparing income plans and reports according to contracts, loss documents;
Carrying out control according to the volume of work and the prices of the work performed;
Systematic analysis of prices for construction works, etc.
Good knowledge of the construction materials market;
Knowledge of execution technologies;
Higher technical education;
Experience in preparing and optimizing work budgets;
Experience in studying specific procurement documentation (specifications, data sheets, plans) and preparing complete offers, taking into account the requirements;
Good computer user (MS Office - Excel, Word, WinSmeta).
