• -Higher education in technical or economic fields (construction, engineering, accounting);

• -Previous experience in the preparation of work estimates;

• -Solid knowledge of estimating software (WinSMeta, Devizier, InterSoft, etc.);

• -Ability to interpret technical projects and construction standards;

• -Attention to detail, responsibility and analytical skills.
