Construction Project Manager

• oversees the construction process from design to completion;

• ensures complete documentation for the project;

• contributes to the planning of the construction project and budget;

• negotiates technical and economic aspects of bids and execution contracts;

• identifies the necessary resources for the construction execution;

• detects design and construction aspects that are not suitable for the project;

• manages the budget and ensures compliance with quality and safety standards;

• creates work teams and delegates individual tasks;

• resolves issues related to errors or non-conformities during the design/execution phases;

• supervises the entire construction process according to the schedule;

• collaborates with individuals responsible for completing each phase of the construction;

• ensures the project is completed within the established terms;

• interacts with regulatory bodies (responsible for technical supervision and authorization);

• prepares and completes execution documents.

• advanced specialized studies in the field of industrial and civil construction;

• possession of a certification diploma;

• at least 5 years of experience in the field of construction;

• familiarity with the technological processes involved in construction and assembly works;

• knowledge of methods and procedures for quality assurance in construction;

• understanding of the basic principles of contract negotiation;

• PC skills: Word, Excel; (experience with AutoCad, WinSmeta is a plus);

• owning a personal vehicle;

• a valid driver's license, category B.

• Higher specialized education in the field of industrial and civil construction;

• Possession of a certification;

• At least 5 years of experience in construction;

• Knowledge of the technological processes for executing construction-assembly works;

• Knowledge of quality assurance methods and procedures in construction;

• Understanding of the basic principles of the contracting process;

• Computer skills: Word, Excel; (experience with AutoCad, WinSmeta is a plus);

• Ownership of a personal vehicle;

• Driver's license category B.
