The company Ng-Invest SRL is looking for a responsible and organized specialist for the position of Estimater , who will contribute to the proper management of construction projects and the development of technical and financial estimates.
Preparing work estimates for company projects
Calculating the costs of materials, equipment and labor
Collaborating with engineers and site managers to accurately estimate the work
Checking supplier offers and comparing prices
Updating and maintaining price and quantity databases
Higher or secondary technical education in the field of construction
Previous experience as a cost estimate or in the field of cost estimating – an advantage
Solid knowledge in the field of construction and materials
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
