Organization, coordination, and supervision of worker teams on the construction site;
Ensuring compliance with the technical project and current regulations;
Monitoring the execution schedule and delivery deadlines;
Overseeing the quality of work and adherence to occupational safety standards;
Experience is not required but is an advantage;
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and execution plans;
Coordination, organization, and communication skills;
Reliability, punctuality, responsibility.
