Analyze and handle the requests/inquiries of Victoriabank customers over the phone, in accordance with internal procedures and regulations
Help customers choose the services and products that are right for them
Provide customers with undivided attention, professionalism, and a willingness to assist them
Education: High School/Ongoing Higher Education/Higher Education
Computer Skills: Advanced MS Office

1. Excellent oral communication skills, logical and fluent speech
2. Initiative and proactiveness, adaptability and a high capacity for rapidly assimilating new knowledge
3. Responsibility and customer orientation.
