Responsibilities

What you will do as a customer support operator:
  • Analyze and handle the requests/inquiries of Victoriabank customers over the phone, in accordance with internal procedures and regulations

  • Help customers choose the services and products that are right for them

  • Provide customers with undivided attention, professionalism, and a willingness to assist them

Requirements

What profile are we looking for?
  • Education: High School/Ongoing Higher Education/Higher Education

  • Computer Skills: Advanced MS Office

  • Competencies:

1. Excellent oral communication skills, logical and fluent speech

2. Initiative and proactiveness, adaptability and a high capacity for rapidly assimilating new knowledge

3. Responsibility and customer orientation.
