Managing daily studio operations, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and coordinating work sessions.
Providing high-quality technical services: recording, mixing, mastering and post-production for artists, DJs and producers.
Impeccable handling of DAW software such as FL Studio, Ableton, Logic Pro and similar.
Proactively identifying opportunities to promote the studio, including marketing initiatives (social media, partnerships, events).
Attracting and retaining customers through excellent relationships, personalized offers and efficient follow-up.
Taking an ownership role: taking initiatives to optimize processes, increase revenue, and improve the studio's reputation.
Maintaining a responsible, clean and efficient work environment, respecting safety and quality standards.
Proven experience in music production, mixing and mastering, with a relevant portfolio.
Advanced knowledge in using DAWs (FL Studio, Ableton, Logic Pro, etc.) and studio equipment.
Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude: the ability to think strategically, identify growth opportunities and act independently.
Excellent communication and customer relations skills to attract and maintain partnerships.
High responsibility, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
