We are looking for a passionate interior designer to turn ideas into functional and aesthetic arrangements, working on projects from concept to final technical details.
Creation of design concepts and 3D model making and visualization according to current trends.
Preparation of detailed technical documentation: plans, developments, construction details.
Direct collaboration with clients: clarifying requirements, approving and integrating changes.
Coordination with architects and engineers throughout the project.
Setting tasks for specialists and checking their execution.
Ensuring project compliance and deadlines through oversight authorization.
Higher education in interior design, architecture, or related fields.
Experience in an architectural office – an advantage.
Solid knowledge of ArchiCAD, Revit, Lumion, D5, Photoshop.
Familiarity with architectural standards and experience in permit supervision.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a well-developed aesthetic sense.
Knowledge of Romanian (mandatory), Russian – an advantage.
