The courier is responsible for delivering and picking up packages from customers, respecting established routes and schedules, ensuring correct communication and prompt service.
Pick-up and delivery of packages to individual and legal entity customers;
Confirmation of receipt of packages by signature or scan;
Collecting refunds and handing them over daily;
Using your mobile device/scanner to update the status of your packages;
Efficient communication with the dispatch center to optimize daily routes;
Adhering to company standards regarding delivery and professional conduct.
Category B driving license (minimum 1 year of experience);
Good knowledge of the city of Chisinau and ability to quickly navigate;
Communication skills and positive attitude towards customers;
Seriousness, punctuality, attention to detail;
Availability for moderate physical exertion;
Experience as a delivery/courier driver is an advantage.
