Job description

The development and training department's team is searching for a colleague to fill the position of business trainer. The objective of the position is to train employees according to the training plan and achieve strategic objectives.

Responsibility

- Organization of initial/ongoing professional training within the Bank; - Participation in the management process of training activities and delivery of trainings according to the course programs; - Development of training materials and providing assistance to program managers in developing study programs and conducting them; - Participation in the implementation of the Bank's annual employee training plan; - Management of the HR platform, in terms of training and personal development; - Participation in the organization of corporate training, competitions, and other events.

Obligations

Higher education in economics/finance; Work experience in the banking field for at least 1.5 years, with experience in lending being an advantage; Knowledge of languages: Romanian, Russian; Organized and eager to continuously develop; Impeccable presentation and diction; Ability to listen and transmit information.
